Most real estate agents have a listing presentation. That’s good, because listing presentations are essential in proving to your potential client that you can market their home and get it sold. Your sales presentation is your game plan. You have to know what you are going to say and how to say it.

A sales presentation gets your prospects to understand how you feel and that you believe in your services.

3. Be Prepared
You must be prepared. You shouldn’t have to “wing” your presentation while giving it.

4. Assume
Base your sales presentation on the assumption that your client will use your services – either now or in the future.
